Refund Policy

When you can cancel your order, how a refund is calculated, and how long the money takes to come back.

  1. 01Scope

    This policy governs the right of withdrawal and the refund terms for orders placed through 724boost.com. The provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved.

  2. 02Right of Withdrawal

    For service orders you may withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason, as long as performance of the service has not yet begun. In that case the full amount you paid is refunded.

    Under article 15/1-(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun with your consent. By creating an order you are deemed to have consented to immediate performance; from that point on, refunds are assessed under the partial-refund rules below.

  3. 03Partial Refund on Started Orders

    If you cancel after the service has started, the progress completed up to that point is deducted and the remainder is refunded. Progress is calculated from the steps between the starting and target levels of the order.

    Rank losses caused by the booster's own fault are not counted as progress; those losses are made good free of charge.

  4. 04Cases of Full Refund

    • Performance of the order has not begun at all.
    • We are unable to deliver the ordered service, or delivery is unreasonably delayed.
    • A duplicate payment was taken because of a technical fault.
    • The service could not be completed because of the booster's fault and could not be made good.

  5. 05Cases Where No Refund Is Given

    • The service has been completed in line with the scope of the order.
    • The process was interrupted because the game account was logged into, the password was changed, or ranked matches were played while the service was running.
    • Incorrect or incomplete account details were provided.
    • The order was cancelled because of a breach of the Terms of Use.
    • The game publisher sanctioned the account for a reason that existed before the order.

  6. 06Requesting a Refund, and Timing

    Send refund requests together with your order number to destek@724boost.com. Your request is assessed within 3 business days at the latest and the outcome is communicated to you.

    Approved refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

    No charge is deducted from the refund amount other than the payment provider's own fees.

  7. 07Dispute Resolution

    If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, depending on the monetary thresholds.
