01Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between [Ticari unvan] ("the Company", "we"), which provides services through the domain 724boost.com, and the natural or legal person who registers on the site or uses the services offered there ("the User", "you").
By registering, placing an order or using the site, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the site.
Only persons aged 18 or over may use the services. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian.
02Definitions
- Service: the rank boosting, placement matches, net wins, coaching and similar in-game progression services described on the site.
- Booster: the player assigned by the Company to perform the order.
- Order: the request the User creates by selecting a service on the site and completing payment for it.
- Game Account: the user account on the relevant publisher's platform where the Service will be performed.
03Membership and Account Security
You are responsible for the information you provide when registering being accurate, current and complete. The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from incorrect information.
Keeping your account password confidential is your obligation. All actions carried out through your account are deemed to be yours. If you notice unauthorised use of your account you must notify us immediately.
A person may open only one membership account. If multiple accounts are opened, the Company reserves the right to merge or close them.
04Scope and Performance of the Service
The scope of the Service is determined by the game, the current and target ranks and the additional options you select when ordering. Changes to the scope after the order are subject to a price adjustment.
Completion times shown on the site are estimates; they may vary because of game server outages, maintenance, queue times and similar factors outside the Company's control. The refund provisions apply to unreasonable delays.
During the Service only the assigned Booster accesses your Game Account. Your account details are not shared with third parties.
During the Service you must not log in to your Game Account, change its password or play ranked matches. The Company is not liable for delays and rank losses caused by breaking this rule.
05Fees and Payment
Prices shown on the site are in Turkish lira and include taxes. The Company may update prices without prior notice; updates do not affect completed orders.
An order is processed once payment has been received in full. Payments are handled through contracted payment institutions; your card details are not stored by the Company.
The User is responsible for the consequences of a payment failing because of incorrect or incomplete information.
06The User's Obligations
- Ordering only for Game Accounts that you own or are authorised to use.
- Providing the information requested during the order fully and accurately.
- Changing your Game Account password once the Service is complete.
- Not using the site in a manner contrary to the law, to public morals or to these Terms.
07Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in your membership being closed without refund:
- Placing orders with stolen, transferred or unauthorised accounts.
- Using a stolen payment instrument or making an unjustified chargeback request.
- Contacting boosters outside the site and attempting to move the transaction off-platform.
- Technical attempts to harm the site, its infrastructure or other users.
- Insulting, threatening or harassing other users and staff.
08Publisher Rules and Risk Disclosure
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Riot Games, Valve, Supercell or any other game publisher. All brands and trade names belong to their respective owners.
Account sharing and playing on someone else's behalf may breach game publishers' terms of service and may lead to sanctions imposed by the publisher (warning, rank reset, temporary or permanent account closure). You declare that you place your order knowing and accepting this risk.
The Company applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to reduce the risk (connecting from the same region, a play pattern consistent with human behaviour, a ban on streaming or sharing); it does not, however, guarantee any outcome regarding sanctions that lie at the publisher's discretion.
09Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability arising from these Terms is in every case limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
The Company is not liable for indirect losses arising from publisher sanctions, server outages, force majeure or the User's breach of these Terms.
The limitations in this article do not remove liability arising from the Company's intent or gross negligence, nor the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation.
10Intellectual Property
The design, text, imagery, logos and software on the site belong to the 724boost brand or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
In-game imagery and brands shown on the site are the intellectual property of the relevant publishers and are used for descriptive purposes only.
11Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, fees for services already performed are not refunded.
You may end your membership at any time. If you have an order in progress, the closure is processed once that order is complete.
12Changes to the Terms
The Company may update these Terms. The current text takes effect the moment it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
Orders created before a change are governed by the text in force on the date the order was placed.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Turkish law.
In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds set under Consumer Protection Law no. 6502.
